Our manufacturing process operates strictly in line with the standard food safety operating procedures in Malaysia. The raw materials are processed by cutting machines imported from overseas, further undergoing the process of inspection with an advanced sanitary supervision system.

Company Milestone
Established in 1999. We are specializing in manufacture high quality exquisite authentic Hong Kong style banquets dim sum.
1999 - 2000
Our business growing steadily, we started to wholesale our own factory-made Hong Kong-style buns and dim sum to major restaurants in Seremban and Serdang.
2001 - 2004
As our business gradually expanded, we decided to expand our workshops to specialize in the production of Hong Kong-style dim sum and Banquet Platter.
2005 - 2006
Business expanded to Ipoh, Teluk Intan, Sitiawan, Bentong Raub and other regions.
2007 - 2011
The distribution of dim sum has expanded rapidly in all parts of Peninsular Malaysia, and our products can be seen in most of the Chinese banquets.
2012 - 2016
We have developed into a one-stop restaurant food ingredients supplier. With our stable business development, we can provide all the ingredients and raw materials needed for restaurant banquets professionally.
2017 - 2019
Master Steam – A new brand is born! As the coronavirus pandemic affected globally, eating habits and lifestyle changes during COVID-19 lockdown. We decided to come out with the new small packaging of high-end exquisite authentic Hong Kong-style dim sum and directly wholesale or retail them to major supermarkets. Now, everyone can enjoy their authentic Hong Kong-style dim sum at home. Which is hygienic and safe!
