Lo Mai Gai Cooking Method

It is recommended to take it to the refrigerator (at 0 degree Celsius) to thaw the day before you enjoy it and unseal it only after thawing.
Place a steamer in a pot and add the appropriate amount of water, heat until the water comes to a boil, then place the Lo Mai Gai in the steamer and cover the pot with a lid.
Steam the rice for 10 minutes on high heat.
