Mastersteam’s Poon Choi Cooking Steps:
1) Steam the Poon Choi for 40 minutes
2) To prepare the sauce, shake the sauce first, then pour out the sauce and stir for 10 seconds
3) Turn on the fire after stirring (note: keep stirring until thick and boiling during the cooking process)
4) Turn off the heat and pour in the sesame oil, stir again to fuse the sesame oil with the sauce
5) Add sesame oil to make the sauce smoother and brighter
6) After steaming for 40 minutes, take out the poon choi and put it on the table stove
7) Pour the sauce

9) After boiling, turn off the heat to start the meal
